I recently completed my MS in Information Management from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign after which I joined the National Center for Supercomputing Applications in Urbana. Here I get to meld data & high performance computing to provide data-driven solutions and insights to research teams. My aim is to be a successful data-driven solutions engineer who understands real-world requirements and solves problems through consultative approaches using data science techniques. October, 2018	Visualizing the Fleet Fuel Management data	Rishabh Mulani, Krzysztof Dutka, Nanyi Yang	Using the data provided to us by Urbana Public Works at PYGHACK 2018 (a 24-hour hackathon), we analyzed the data and created interactive visualizations to enable exploratory analysis of the data. The jupyter notebook pertaining to this project showcases the complete interactive capability of the visualizations with various options available. May 2018	Visualizing the Urbana Arrests dataset	Rishabh Mulani, Monica Porteanu, Ashley Hetrick, Pravesh Humane	Using publicly available data from the city of Urbana, we worked on identifying underlying patterns in the data and then telling the story behind those patterns through interesting interactive visualizations. We used Plotly, Bqplot, Matplotlib and Seaborn to visualize the data. The project was well appreciated by the audience and the professor (got all of us an A on the Data Visualization class)!
